The flowers of Paris…

I am currently editing all of the photographs I took on my recent trip to Paris…all 597 of them! In order to share some of the photos with you, I have decided to break them down into smaller posts and group them by themes…

 

 

After the beautiful doors of Paris…shared in this post…the flower shops and street vendors selling gorgeous blooms were some of my favorite sites to photograph.

No matter that it was the middle of January, and on average only about 25’ every day we were there…every street in Paris had the most amazing flower stands selling every kind of flower imaginable…

From buckets of Tulips and fresh cut blooms, to arrangements ready to take home and enjoy…

We walked into this tiny shop and watched the florist prepping roses for some her beautiful arrangements…

Both Jackie and I wanted to buy some of these stunning arrangements and bring them home with us! Obviously not possible when you are traveling abroad and facing a 10+ hour plane ride home.

We will just have to look back on these photos to remember, and enjoy, all  of the beautiful flowers of Paris!
