Heading into San Francisco to meet some friends for lunch…lucky me!

 

I would be jumping up like this photo if I didn’t tweak my back a couple of days ago while using a chain saw to cut up a fallen birch tree in my mother in laws front yard! Any DIY’er worth her salt would never pass up the opportunity for some free birch wood to use for fall décor and more…right?!

 

No matter that what I have paid my massage therapist and chiropractor…I could have bought twice as much birch wood for projects! But free is good…right?!
