This week was productive but not very pretty!
More hardwood floor demo and we found some beautiful vintage linoleum under the family room carpet…
Hello 1972!
It was a lot of work getting all of that wood and vinyl flooring ripped up and out. Imagine 3 inch staples and nails everywhere…and I do mean everywhere!
Thankfully we did not find any “surprises” (aka more $$)…and the sub floor will be ready for the new hardwood to be installed on July 28.

On another note…remember that we are remodeling our master bathroom as a result of finding some water damage during the kitchen demo? Well…I was more than excited to get the vanity delivered yesterday…

Did you get the whole house's floors done, of just the kitchen at that moment? Thanks for sharing the photos, by the way! It's nice seeing the effort you've put in the renovation. Keep us updated.
